Coffee and other food items
Coffee and other food items are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, as they are perishable goods liable to deteriorate rapidly. All coffee sales are therefore final, and coffee orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped from the roastery. If your coffee arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at post@koppi.se and we will make it right.
All other items
For all other items (equipment and merchandise), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — or, if your order arrives in several shipments, within 14 days of receiving the last item.
To start a return, log in to your customer account at account.koppi.se, or email us at post@koppi.se with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once you have notified us, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please return items unused and, where possible, in their original packaging — you may examine an item as you would in a store, but we may reduce your refund if its value has been diminished by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it.
Refunds
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your return notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s), or until you have provided proof of having sent them, whichever comes first.
If you return your entire order, your refund includes the price of the item(s) and the standard delivery cost you paid for the original shipment. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard shipping, we refund the standard rate. The cost of returning items to us is not refunded.
Non-pickup of an order
If you do not collect your package at the delivery point within the time frame provided by the carrier, the package will be returned to us. An uncollected package does not count as a return notice — if you wish to return eligible items, you must still notify us as described above, and costs charged to us for the return-to-sender shipment may be deducted from any refund.
We store packages that have been returned to the roastery for 14 days. If you would like your package shipped again, contact us at post@koppi.se and we will send a payment link for the new shipping fee.
