Koppi is a specialty coffee roastery on the west coast of Sweden, founded in 2007 by Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand. We buy coffee from farmers we've known for years — in Colombia, Costa Rica, Kenya and Ethiopia — and roast it light, so each coffee tastes of the farm it came from rather than of the roast. Filter coffee with the clarity to show its origin, espresso that's sweet and juicy instead of dark and bitter, and a monthly subscription that brings the newest harvests straight from the roastery.
