Shipping policy

We ship via PostNord and DHL Freight for domestic orders within Sweden. In Denmark we use multiple carriers – FedEx, DHL and UPS. For all other countries, we ship express via FedEx, UPS or occasionally DHL Express. Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email including a tracking number. Orders sent through PostNord are not traceable. Koppi is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to factors outside of our control.
 
Orders are shipped as soon as they are ready. Usually your order is shipped within 1-2 days of purchase (but please be advised this is dependent on when you place your order and our roasting schedule). Our main shipping days are Monday - Thursday, all orders that are placed after office hours on Thursday will be shipped the following week. 
 
We ship internationally but if the specific country you are looking for is not listed, we might not be currently shipping to that location. Please send us an email at post@koppi.se and we can look into the possibility of fulfilling your request. 
 
All shipping costs at checkout do not cover any import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be applied to your order once your package has been sent. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient and by purchasing through our web shop, you acknowledge this responsibility. Please be aware of this prior to placing your order with us and contact your local customs office for any information you are seeking.
